Had a great experience with Gina, Mike and son on my acre, 5-zone irrigation system & Rain Bird 12 zone wireless... controller installation. From the bidding process, contacting my well company to get specs, installation process and details on the sprinkler spread. The Rain Bird commercial-grade controller is worth the extra cost. Recommend them.read more

so they send out this clown who pulls up in his own car( should have been a red flag) and proceeds' to "troubleshoot"... my zone that has low pressure. He says the valve needs a new part and replaces it. Does nothing to improve the issue. Then he pokes around to find the other valves and proceeds to cut a wire going to another 2 zones. I was not aware of this til he was gone. So did nothing to fix either problem since he hooked up a valve finder to my controller and could nt find the valves. In the process he screwed that up as well. So I was charged 100.00 for no results and in the process he costed me 250.00 to have a reliable company come out and immediately found the valves, repaired the wires that this clown cut and repaired my controller and fixed the issues to my satisfaction. Oh and the first low pressure issue I fixed myself by replacing all my nozzles with low flow ones and suddenly fixed that zone issue. Run away from these clowns as they should pay me the 250.00 i spent repairing his mess he made.read more

Mike and Gina have been a pleasure to work with. I needed an irrigation repair wo/man and Mike was the only one that... called me back among the 4 people I called in the Minneola area.I bought my home a few months ago and had no idea what was going on with my sprinkler system. (My inspector didn't even check it). Mike was very kind to drop by and do the leg work of finding my valves and troubleshoot the mess of what the previous homeowners had left me with. We were very surprised to find where the valves were and see that we actually had working sprinkler heads after living here for 5 months.As everything is expensive, price is definitely a concern for everyone. Mike and Gina were willing to work with us and salvage what we had left without being "car salesmen" and upselling me a new system and such. They worked with me to bringing my sprinkler system back to operational life at a very reasonable price.Beyond doing the work, they were great at taking the time to explain their work and answer questions so we could use and take care of our system.I would recommend Smart Irrigation to anyone looking for someone professional, wanting quality work, at a reasonable price, and to also supporting your local businesses.read more

Spoke with Mike to help me install an irrigation remote. The prices everywhere was extremely high even though I bought... the unit myself. He offered a decent price but it was still too high for me (personally going through a lot) so he said he was willing to help me out and gave me a price I couldnt refuse. He is a great guy, great company and a big shout out to his wife for handling the tough calls. You guys rock.read more
